20th of January 2011 INGP PARS signed an exclusive dealership agreement with Ukrainian company "UKRNEFTZAPCHAST" LLC, one of the largest manufactures of drilling equipment for oil and gas industry.

In accordance to this agreement, INGP PARS has gained the right to sell and warranty service the mentioned before equipment in Iran. Nowadays, many countries use the products and technical services of UKRNEFTZAPCHAST LLC.

In 10.10.2010 the delegation of engineers and experts of the National Iranian Gas Transmission Company (N.I.G.T.C) have visited the BELMZ factory in Borislav and the Inter Naft Gas Prom Pars company in Kiev. After visiting the delegation has confirmed technical and technological quality of products produced by BELMZ factory and has negotiated methods and possibilities of collaboration between companies.

The company Inter Gas Prom, which is an inferior of the main company INGP, began the activity in Ukraine. The purpose of this company is an improvement of international cooperation between the countries of Ukraine and Islam republic of Iran.

11.12.2009 BELMZ and its colleagues went to Iran to meet directors and engineers of  “Palaeshgahe Naft-Gas Refinery” and “Petroshimi” (oil and gas company).

On 6-th of June, the Ukrainian office of “INGP Pars” was visited by senior guests:

Expert of International Affairs of Iran Chamber of Commerce, Industries and Mines of the Islamic Republic of Iran - Ms. Nasim Mirsalami, First secretary of the Embassy of the Islamic Republic of Iran – Mr. Mohammad Ebrahimi, There was held a meeting concerning trade-economical connections between the Islamic Republic of Iran and Ukraine.

Ukraine was represented by:

Deputy Minister of the Ministry of Industrial policy of Ukraine – Mr. Severnyuk Vladimir Vasilevich, Deputy Minister of the Ministry of Industrial policy of Ukraine, Director of the  Tractor and Agriculture machinery building Department – Mr. Sachenko Vladimir Illich, Director of Strategy and Business Development “INGP Pars” - Mr. Ostryk Viktor Dmitrievich.

The Parties expressed their opinion about the necessity of increasing the trade-economical turnover between countries, developing of cooperation between Chamber of Commerce, Industries and Mines of the Islamic Republic of Iran   and Ukrainian enterprises. Parties also discussed a new phase of collaboration: carrying out of the business –forums, exhibitions, creating of the joint ventures.

Mr. Vladimir Sachenko invited the enterprises from the Islamic Republic of Iran to take part into the biggest exhibition AGRO 2009, which will be held on 11-15 of June in the capital of Ukraine – Kiev city.
Mr. Hassan Najafi Larijani invited Ukrainian delegation to visit the Chamber of Commerce, Industries and Mines of the Islamic Republic of Iran.

24 March 2009 INGP PARS company signed an exclusive dealership agreement with Ukrainian JSC   “Institute of Oil Transportation”, one of the hugest manufacturers of Integrated designing, Consulting and Engineering support for new plants and facilities as well as for extension, upgrading, improvement of existing facilities of Oil, Gas and Refining Industry.

23 March 2009 INGP PARS company signed an exclusive dealership agreement with Ukrainian JSC “BELMZ”, one of the hugest manufacturers of Equipment and spare parts for Oil-Gas industry (Pumping natural and Oil Gas.

In accordance with the mentioned agreement INGP PARS has gained the right to provide sales and guarantee services of the mentioned goods and machinery within the territory of Iran. Nowadays the production of JSC   “BELMZ “ company is used in more than 30 countries of the world.

19 March 2009 INGP PARS company signed an exclusive dealership agreement with Ukrainian “AZOVMASH” Open Joint Stock Company and all its subdivisions, one of the hugest manufacturers of Freight railway wagons (cars) of all types, Metallurgical, Crane and mountain equipments.

In accordance with the mentioned agreement INGP PARS has gained the right to provide sales and guarantee services of the mentioned goods and machinery within the territory of Iran. Nowadays the production of “AZOVMASH” company is used in more than 50 countries of the world.
